Yes. Not sure if it's the one a dealer thought he bought or a new one.

I can't wait for all of the "problems" with this one!

Why would you wish trouble on someone ? Seems like an almost inhumane thing to do. If you have ever had a lemon believe me you wouldn't wish it on anyone.

I have had a lemon in the past. It completely turned me off from Cerberus Chrysler products. They did absolutely nothing for numerous electronic failures and a knocking engine with a lifetime warranty.

I'm surprised you were able to get something out of Ford for having a leaking timing cover gasket.

Requesting a buy back from Ford had nothing to do with a timing cover gasket leaking it had to do with my air conditioner intermittently not working correctly and suspension issues over and over again the car had been in the shop 25 times in a year that's why Ford gave me money to be quiet

FCA has several vehicles that recommend full throttle during break in.

Definitely a good idea to give her full power for a couple of higher gears occasionally, more is probably better than less. Rings need it to develop a seal. The trick is to stay out of first gear, just use the higher ones. Make sure she is well warmed and get on it!

Your reward is more power and less oil consumption, less blow by means longer life as well...

don't go into the RED zone on the rev counter too much or too long during break-in is what the manual said for one of my cars.

The giulietta was driven moderately for about 75 miles because it started snowing when I went to collect it and the wife was in it but the next day it saw full speed as soon as the engine was hot, and I continued to drive it hard when hot for the first 10k miles.

The top speed gradually increased from 134 passed the claimed 136 to 143 recently. I got 34k on her now.

During the first 10k the oil level was about a pint below max, thismight have been from thestart or might have been consumed. Can't say, the oil level wasn't readable when new. I neverhad to add a drop after that though.

Yeah my F-bodies had a break in too...151 Miles on the odometer and I was on the Dyno.

I bet a good portion of it is for the Transmission (gears, clutches) and brakes.
