[Cut Open] Wix 51381 -- 2yr 9mo - 186 hrs

Been Putting off changing the oil in our ranch's little Mahindra 2810 and I finally did yesterday. This thing seems super easy on oil and doesn't use a drop. I wish I would have taken a UOA.

Rotella T6 5w-40, 2yrs 9months, 186 hrs, Wix 51381

replaced with mag1 5w-40 HDEO and another Wix.

One of those minority Wix/NG that use dome end bypass. Used to think that meant that the element would be longer and more media area. But, Wix uses that metal spacer shown next to coil spring and adbv which basically mimics the length of their thread end bypass, so it ends up being a wash. Quality silicone adbv filters though, and I'm now able to get Napa Gold for ~$3.70 on sale. Use the Napa Gold 1348 on my lawnmower with a Kohler motor.
