This is from a 2002 International 9200 with a Cummins ISM engine. It is pre-EGR. Using Service Pro 15w-40 and a Fleetguard LF9080 filter. We bought it used from a fleet and had around 24,000 hours when we bought it. Been a good truck for us to use around the farm but would be nice if it was geared a little lower. The last two samples the oil was not drained. The first two samples we were using Polaris Labs and the most recent was using Wear Check as I can get those reports done a bit cheaper now.

I was kinda surprised that the TBN went up actually. I mean, the engine definately has some blow-by and could use a rebuild so its always used oil and we've had to add so its now like this most recent sample has oil thats any fresher than the previous samples. Since we've had it, about all I've had to do to the engine is oil changes, replaced the thermostat and rewired the fan clutch because the ECM wasn't sending out enough voltage to shut it off anymore.

Different labs test for TBN in different ways so that could be the cause for the difference.
