I went to high school in St Thomas but haven't been back in 30 years. Taking the family there and St. John in a few weeks. We have passports but I don't think getting over to the BVI is in the cards unfortunately. I am not a fan of strict itineraries on vacation but have a rough plan to guide us. We are bringing collapsible rods and snorkeling gear. Let me know if y'all think I am missing something.

Wednesday – Land 5pm, taxi to Frenchman’s Reef resort, eat at hotel - Luna Mar restaurant

Thursday – Magen’s Bay, Mountain Top, Downtown for lunch (Taphus for pizza), dinner Bolongo Bay possibly

Friday – Check out hotel, taxi to Red Hook for lunch (Tap & Still restaurant), ferry to St. John, Westin Resort, dinner Roma Cafe restaurant

Saturday – Trunk Bay snorkeling, lunch at beach restaurant, possibly Cinnamon Bay if time allows, dinner High Tide restaurant

Sunday – Relax at resort, fishing on beach, lunch at Beach Bar restaurant, dinner TBD

Monday – Check out hotel, ferry back to St. Thomas. Lunch in Red Hook at Hook'd. Check in Sapphire Beach condo, dinner at Sudie's restaurant

Tuesday – Lindquist beach (across from my old house), dinner in Red Hook Tarpon’s Table restaurant

Wednesday - Return

Why not - the oysters in Seabrook are past the R months 😷

Sounds good and fairly relaxed, but what about St. Croix?
The silliest thing that people do when traveling is to over-schedule a vacation, so maybe best to skip St. Croix.

I went through Hugo there. Lived on island from 1989 to 1993. Trying to avoid additional air travel and the one time I took a ferry from there it took quite a while.
