Though not announced officially by Microsoft, it is speculated that two other patches to Windows Vista to fix optimization problems, which were released on Wednesday, will sneak into the Windows Update file alongside the security updates.

Whatever the update whatever the system I have read the ramblings of many computer tech writers with established credentials who proclaim they hold back on installing updates until they are satisfied the update(s) doesn't create more problems than what it is intended to fix.

Sound advice in the shanty-bound one's sublime semi-comatose opinion while prone upon the floor, pondering the lame offerings on the idiotic TV that was barred from the hovel for 14 years or so back in the 1980s and early 1990s but allowed in again in order to obtain the most accurate tornado warnings and weather forecasts in general and to ease boredom's twang as the Coot (tm) found himself spending an ever-increasing amount of time within the dwelling and in conclusion those previously-mentioned computer pros consult their favorite message boards to ascertain if the latest update should be installed or if it is okay and worthy of downloading but that's their opinion and Coot (tm) sweltering in the summer heat (A/C is running its little heart out but its too hot and humid) is not educated enuff about things computer to argue their point.

And that's all I got to say about that.

I booted into Windows today so I could install the critical updates and there were 10 of them for Windows XP Media Edition which I installed.
