The first one since the warrantee is for Craftsman hand tools. A case is not a hand tool.
Ebay search craftsman socket case and several come up. You can replace yours. Here are just a few:

I have a PowerCraft 1/4" socket set where the metal lock broke on the metal case. I am still looking for a place to bring it into and ask if they will replace it under warranty. (Yes I do know what store sold them, I am over 50).
