Coolson or Molsoors?

Well, I heard my favorite regular (read cheap) brand of beer is possibly merging with Molson of Canada. Wonder what that will do to the Rocky Mountain water. Now if we could get them to put some of the Molson Red Label XX stuff in a Coors bottle, I'd be set. Otherwise, don't bother sending anymore of that watered down version of the good stuff you Canucks have up there

If you are thinking of switching, and want a strong brew, try to find some Shiner Bock or Shiner Blond. Will give you a good kick. Most of my fellow Texas brothers and sisters probably know of it.

Just bought my first sixer of Shiner Bock. Good flavor, lacks body. Great with andouille sausage though!!

Pablo, just curious. What did you have to give for your Shiner Bock? Is it readily available there? I live about 20-25 miles from the brewery here in Texas.

I prefer the Shiner Hefeweizen if drinking Shiner.

I like darker beers though. Favorite is Youngs Double Chocolate Stout.

I was so curious......that's why I had to buy it....I still have 3 bottles....

Good beer to run of the mill brand name beer is like good synthetic to cheap dino.

It may cost more, but you don't need to use as much.

i had a nasty hangover from shiner bock one time when i was in texas for school. i think it had something to do with the onion rings and the 2 pitchers i drank with them

i won $10 at shuffle board that night though!

Now there are no major Canadian breweries around.... Molson - Coors is American, and Labatt's is owned by Belgan Interbrew
