Coolant suggestion for 96 Mazda Miata

I should be picking up my Miata soon. I plan to do a tune up for the car, but I don't know what to use for the coolant. I think Mazda don't have their own coolant, and for sure I don't want to use the regular green stuff. I have own a Toyota and Honda, always stick with their OEM coolant, so I am lost on Mazda. I search, suggestion seems to be Toyota Red and G-05. Some say G-05 because Mazda follow Ford, but I think G-05 is kind of for newer car, will Toyota Red be more suitable or any better suggestion?
