It looks like Honda was ahead of their time with the Ridgeline. I always thought of them as a foolish waste of money but apparently there's enough of a market for several other brands to climb onboard. I suppose the Hyundai version is as capable as any other.
Wasn't the Subaru Brat the first of these like of things??

My favorite was the 79-1984 VW rabbit pickup with its paltry 52hp diesel. Fun times in high with one of those.
