CNOOC will eventually be drilling for oil right beyond our 'territorial' waters. If they 'angle drill' they will actually take oil from our 'waters'. Interesting?

Yes, I got one email off to him, the second was undeliverable. Darn shame some of my more creative writing. The problem if I paste it here is the censor tilt light on this site would trip and probably get me an unwanted vacation. LOL
