Hey, I am just wondering is filter paper/cellulose pretty neat material?
I mean, isn't it the same media in air, gas, and oil?
I tore apart an air filter and it just seems like a thick and tough paper towel. I havent been into an oil filter, but have seen a new cartridge and a used cartridge for the firstmtime changing oil in an Ecotec.
I will say tht this Fram orange gasketed air filter accepts pen ink and pencil lead really well. Maybe it is like the type stuff used on Federal documents.......
