My smog check is due next month. I live in California. Does any body here knows if I will pass my smog check with CAI on my Mustang?

It all depends on the smog shop you go to
The part needs to be CARB approved. I think the BBK stuff generally is CARB legal, but you MUST have the sticker from CARB on there for it to be legal. I have seen shops send cars away with legal stuff just because they don't want to deal with the consequences of possibly passing a car with non approved parts.
Intake is so easy to install, just replace it with stock for smog and put it back on afterward.
