Today I changed my hydraulic suction filter and hydrostatic filter on my new holland workmaster 25. When changing my suction filter, it became stuck (from factory) so I had to drill a hole in the side and use a big screwdriver as leverage to remove it. In turn, my entire system drained. I had 2 gallons of factory CNH fluid on hand which I used to refill. I then purchased 4 more gallons of supertech hydraulic transmission fluid for the rest. Question: do you think this is harmful to mix these 2? They both meet MAT specs. The CNH fluid was red and the wal mart brand was clear like what was already in it.

I dont hink theres a problem. Both meet the specs, then perfect.

We were running some CNH 134? THF in our old versatile 256 and recently added another brand THF. Same thing, CNH is red, the other the usual golden. Its had several hours of hard use since and runs perfectly fine.
