But if a person already believes in chemtrails, well, then, that might make them susceptible to other conspiracy theories.

I’ve never heard of cloud seeding before this post.
OK, so under very specific circumstances it can enhance the rainfall form an existing band of rain.
Are you complaining about this rain, though?

not complaining. just talking. we dont normally get downpours here. Rarely does it rain for hours and hours non stop.
I think the term "cloud seeding" is misleading because many people seem to think that clouds can be created by "seeding" which is nonsense.
We could watch the HAARP weather modification Youtube videos then.

From my reading various articles silver iodide particles are shot into clouds to create a nucleus for water droplets to attach to. I think it's similar to when you get alot of vinyl fog build up on the inside of your windshield. Makes the window fog much easier than if it's very clean.
