I need to change my oil (7,000 miles on GC) in my 3.8L N/A Grand Prix. I have 11 Pep Boys Calendars, so Mobil 1 is what I was thinking about putting in. However, in my garage, I have a collection of Amsoil sitting around. I have 2 or so quarts of S2k 0W-30, one and a half quarts of regular Amsoil 10w30 and a quart of Amsoil 5w30. Can I do a mini-brew of these various Amsoil quarts in my engine?

I more or less want to clean off my shelf more than anything else. The car has 97,000 miles on it and has already had an Auto-Rx cycle a year or so ago. The internals are nice and clean. It's winter time here in Upstate NY if that makes any difference.

That mixture would be fine. I have the supercharged version of that engine and it's not too particular on oil type or grade IMO. That mixture would do just fine this time of year. I have run anything from 0w30 to 15w40 (summer) and also 5w50. I've used M1, Free SynPower, NAPA Synthetic and Castrol and really didn't notice much difference. My engine has 116k on it and runs great.

I would think Amsoil goes out of its way to make sure its oils are cross compatable.

I suspect the resulting blend will perform very much like ASL 5w30.

I am curious to what the resulting blend would be. I'm also thinking it would be close to 5w30 which would be more than sufficient for my little car. If I felt like dropping coin, I would send a sample off to Blackstone for analysis.

That engine has seen Mobil 1, Royal Purple, Pennzoil (Auto-Rx cycle), Amsoil 10w30, S2k 0w30 and GC. I'm pretty sure it's not picky.
