the oil now?

It was pretty dirty at 155k miles, didn't have the time to take the throttle body off the truck, so some of the Air intake/throttle cleaner spray along with some crud went down the manifold. Not too much though, most of it I was able to wipe out.

I believe you'd be safe to leave the oil alone until the next scheduled change. I'd suggest taking the truck out on the highway for about 30 minutes so it heats the oil enough to burn off any of the cleaner which may have seeped past the cylinders.

I cleaned my throttle body while it was still attached to the engine, I just sprayed it real good, wiped off what I could, and cranked it up and sprayed some more of the cleaner in there to make sure it passed through. Nothing unusual came up in the oil analysis, http://theoildrop.server101.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=get_topic;f=3;t=003380, unless the high lead count came from the spray, though I used a lot of fuel injector cleaner, and as Pablo mentioned, the fuel-injector cleaner has sometimes caused a spike in lead.

Most of the solvents will flash off. The other stuff will either fall back into the oil and the filter will cature it or get blown through the exhaust.
