Chrysler Specs for Oil Pressure

We were talking about how Chrysler switched the oil pressure sending unit on Grand Cherokees from an actual sending unit that give real pressure to a switch (like Fords). During that discussion, these pressures were posted, and since some guys here have 4.0Ls I-6s and the 4.7L V8, I thought this would be helpful.

I-6 - At curb idle: 13 psi minimum / At 1600 rpm & above: 37-75 psi

4.7 - At curb idle: 7 psi minimum / At 3000 rpm: 35-105 psi

4.7 HO - At curb idle: 4 psi minimum / At 3000 rpm: 25-110 psi

Hmm ..I wonder what turns on the "check engine light"? Only ZERO pressure??
