Childlike food expressions that should be cancelled immediately

Of all these, the only one I have heard an adult use is taters. And even that, has been very infrequent. So I guess I'm not sure where this is coming from.

This is true, however, one could argue that a tomato based sauce that is prepared in the juices and rendered fat from Italian sausage, beef and pork is than gravy. This should be frowned upon and immediately addressed if one hears such foolishness.

Kinda 'gree

First pf all well...here:

1.za- it's pizza. Never heard that, super stupid.
2. taters-they are potatoes . Sometimes I write it, will say it when digging me spuds from the ground up. "Look found another real big tater"
3. Sammies- they are sandwiches. Don't say or write that much. Doesn't cause much irritation if the sammie maker is a looker.
4. Sammich- see above. I definitely write this, but never say it. Big diff. Sounds stupid, but written OK. Overused now though.
5. Tuck in- you're in the US, not the UK. Yeah makes me giggle or used to. Never heard an American or Canadian say it.

Only one uninitiated in the culinary arts might argue so and who cares what that person says?
 
I'll clarify... Americans say, "dig in" or start eating, the Brits say, let's"tuck in". Acceptable for Brits to say it. Any American that says it because they binge watched Downton Abbey or some BBC series, again, re-education camp is in order.
