I just ordered 7 Champ XL,
3 for my chevy 5.3,s and 4 for both my daughters elantras.
I was surprised there made different.
The center core on filters for the tahoe looked similar to a Purolator, the center core on the elantra filter looked like a a/c delco s plastic cage.
A little disappointed seeing the plastic cage even though I have a/c delcos on my 5.3 now.
Just wanted to share you may get different designed filters depending on the models.

Any date codes on them. Difference in the center tube could be due to when they were made, or it could also be because of the filter models.

I guess I'll check.
There is a code not sure if it's obvious the manufacturer date
One is black the other model number is silver
