Came across CerTech Ultra ad in PM magazine tonight...
Has "Cerflon polymer compound" which has the "lowest coefficient of friction known to man" in it in a colloidal suspension. Supposedly it isn't going to come out of suspension.
They cite some "independent lab tests" that show dramatically reduced cam lobe wear when compared to premium oil alone. Also has a claim from Southwest Research Institute that it helps reduce wear and friction significantly better than motor oil alone.
Also cites lower oxidation in the Engine Oxidation Test. And 3 times less friction in the "High Frequency Reciprocating Test."
Just came across this stuff and wondered if anyone had tried it or even heard of it.
