I sell medical disinfectants, sterilants and detergents for one of the largest medical companies in the world.
Freezing of our chemistries happens all the time in transit during the winter months.
Our extensive testing has shown (for our products) nothing changes in the efficacy or properties. The important thing we stress is to let the product come up to room temperature on its own, without heating. Heating can cause issues.

I can pretty much guarantee that product probably was frozen at some point in its transit even before it got to the Amazon warehouse during this time of year. No shipping companies have heated trailers...

I'm pretty sure that 303 Protectant specifically advises to never let it freeze. Now, how this might relate to your product is unknown.
@f355spider provides some pretty convincing facts in regards to freezing chemicals.

You would need to find the actual published "Instructions for Use" to know for sure if there is a warning about freezing. Best to contact the manufacturer, as some don't mention it on the bottle. (We don't, and thus I have to email out our product bulletin specific to each product when I get an inquiry from a customer)
