I've used their rotors a few times from Rock Auto. Nothing to write home about, but not bad. The two sets I bought were both Chinese, so will likely avoid in the future.

Their semi-metallic pads have been terrific on my cars. Everyone that borrows my cars comments that the brakes are very good. They dust the wheels a bit but I don't mind. I like the strong, predictable stopping as opposed to the weak performance of the ceramics I threw out.
Tons of shops install them because so many parts jobbers carry Centric.
Not as good as they used to be. In particular, the coating on their coated rotors is nowhere near as good as it was before. They used to use an e-coating everywhere except where the pads touch, the vanes and the inside and outside hat. Now, they no longer coat the inside hat, and they use a cheaper coating.
Wagner still uses the e-coated rotors and costs them inside and out. Another good choice is Powerstop Geomet coated rotors. The entire rotor is coated, including the area where the pads contact, but of course this is wiped off by the pads on the first stop.

I've used them many times. Good as most of the other brands, better than some. RA sells them and they are a good value.
I've used them for years without issues. Their 300. series of pads are my go-to for the Acura for giving me the feel I want.

Ok. That is bit difficult. For European cars, there are slew of FAR better and often cheaper options.
For Japanese vehicles there are some got to like Advics or Akebono etc.
I would say, mediocre!
I have two components on my 67 Impala that are Centric:
1 - Front Brake Shoes. I went with these because they offered a heavy duty brake shoe that was rivetted for my car. So far, 2 years later, they have been fine. No fade, no noise.
2 - Master Cylinder. Centric was the only brand I could find that carried the Bendix style MC, most brands only carry the Moraine style MC but my car has the Bendix power brake system on it. So far so good, no issues.

Installed Centric OE coated, semi coated rotors and posi-quiet pads on my 17 accord sport. No complaints, they do the job. The vanes are starting to show a little rust here and there.
If I had to do all over again I would have gone with Raybestos element 3 for the full coating so they potentially don’t rust as fast and would have been about $40 cheaper from Rock auto

I have had some centric pads and rotors on the front of the Outback for a year now, seems no different than the Factory ones? For our use on the street around here, we don't stress brakes at all, rarely used hard on rural 55mph roads on relatively flat ground, with no significant tow loads. As long as they don't pulse or fall apart, it will work. We aren't in the mountains or driving 85+mph. If you are using the brakes a lot, or have a minivan known to kill them fast, then getting the good ones is worth figuring out.
I don't get mystery white box stuff, but beyond that, cheap and brand name is fine for my uses. YMMV
