This is a couple UOAs from a Caterpillar 938H loader we bought for our farm about a year ago. We use this loader almost exclusively to load the feed wagon for cattle. Especially this time of year, it is left to idle a lot between loads on the wagon. Using a Caterpillar 269-8325 oil filter and an LF777 bypass filter that I installed. Using Service Pro 15w-40 oil.

Typical of your UOAs with Service Pro, this looks to be excellent performance.

The Fe is clearly tracking with use, and is not close to condemnation yet. All other metals are extremely low. Contamination and such all very low. TBN strong enough to not question TAN. Vis very steady with no excessive ox or nitration.

Continue use for sure.

I'm always amazed how well the oil in your machinery holds up. It maintains good tbn and viscosity for long hours. I need to speak with my dairy farmer friends and neighbors about sampling and possibly extending oci's.

Thanks for posting!
