Recently sent another oil analysis Castrol Magnatec GTX which is still available in Canada, and maybe not in USA.

Overall I think it looks good.
3.1% fuel dilution, & some changes to viscosity, probably due to longer idle times in winter.

I think this is the 13th sample of engine oil analysis I have submitted on this engine. Almost 225,000 kilometers (about 140,000 miles) on the vehicle now when this was submitted.

I also sent a sample of the transmission fluid at the same time.

Looks good. Are the "New Oil" results from a sample of the oil you provided or do they provide this info from their own VOA database?
Also, how does one go about getting a UOA from this lab and what does it cost? Their website isn't too helpful.

I provided them with a sample of the unused oil a few years back.
They don't charge extra for the virgin oil sample.

I use them because they have a lab that is local to me. I am able to drop oil samples off after hours, & they ship them out to the lab that does Engine Oil Analysis. They do G.C. analysis for fuel dilution, which is supposed to be more accurate than the other methods that another popular provider in the USA uses.

costs $37.50 CAD for a sample.
