A pair of used Carquest EP P84502 from the 2 trucks in my sig. Both in service 5,000 miles with Mobil 1 ESP 0w-30 and replaced with the same.

First up, 2013 Suburban 1500 5.3L, 170,000 miles.

Sixth photo in post 1 ... view down the center tube. They got a bit wild with the potting glue ... too much more might glue the bypass valve disc shut on that one. Don't think it did, but close to approaching that level.

Excellent post & pics, thank you. Those are some good looking filters but I was a bit concerned about the amount of glue on the bottom plate looking through the center tube.

Do you ever cut out the media to inspect the end-plates and media?

I rarely do more than push a few pleats apart to look between them

Interestingly, Advance Auto shows this for the P84502 EP

My AAP app is showing 84060 for the 2013 Silverado. My Ram 6.4 calls for the same, and I had sold a few extras to a buddy with a 2012 GM with a 5.3. That’s why I was asking. The Ram guys use the 10575 and the PF63, so the 84502 doesn’t surprise me. Nice to know there are plenty of options.
