Carpet shampoo

Which carpet shampoo do you feel is the best on really dirty carpets? I have used Turtle Wax...which seems to work alright if you take the time. Sometimes I steam clean.

I've had good luck with Restore (found at most supermarkets) for general carpet cleaning and Folex for spot cleaning.

Carpets are tricky - gotta use the right product for the job.

I have a 'Green Machine' by Bissell. After I do some of my furniture I use the same stuff on the cloth seats and carpets of my car. Currently using ZEP brand from Lowes.Works great.
