I hired a professional carpet cleaner for my house’s annual cleaning. He offered to do my cars for $25/ea, so I removed the seats and allowed him to work his magic.

Not perfect, but it is a definite improvement. Plus you cannot beat the extraction power of a truck mount unit - it is far superior to any portable extractor.

vastly more powerful on the extraction and generation of steam.

$25 per car?

Wow wow wow I'd have let him do mine as well.
Well I also paid him $250 to clean the rest of the house, so this may have been an accommodation. 🤷🏻‍♂️

For the price, I had to vacuum and remove the seats. All he did was spray pre-treat and extract. No agitation.

Nice. My Explorer needs this bad. The carpet is actually overall in very good condition for its age, but there are a couple large coffee or soft drink stains from the previous owner. Only one room in my house has carpet and it's pretty new/clean, so I'd probably be looking at whatever their minimum total price is.

Jealous! This is me today on my new to me 95 ram:
About 4 hours into a seat out scrub down and i'm beat.

Anyone can get great results with carpet cleaning even with a Rug Doctor with upholstery attachment. The key is the cleaning chemicals. Professional presprays from a carpet cleaning supply company will make car upholstery and carpets look like new with minimal effort
