Crazy stuff out on the roadways all the time but this is at another level. Car was stolen by a guy in GA and his girlfriend was the SUV driver, LOL. .

Torn up trans, IMO. Sad thing was the car belongs to someone else. Thieves were running with it.

Most of Texas is very Law and Order, but Houston / Harris Co. is nothing like that. I'll leave it there, but YES, Houston is a great place to commit a crime to avoid any accountability.
