Car pulls left

Significant differences (0.05 or more) in toe from side to side will cause a pull.

Cross-camber, especially if it's more than 0.5 degrees may cause a pull as well.

Brake hanging up is good call. These are original pads still on a 4 year old car. Last check (summer) they were still okay but who knows now that wife drives car exclusively?

I have dealt with several dirt cheap tires that develop a radial pull in less than 10,000 miles.

Time to do as other posters said, and rotate tires left to right and see if the direction of pull changes.
