Car Hesitates At Stops When Cold

But it doesn't stall. When it's warmed up it runs fine (after 5 minutes or so of steady driving). Also noticed a hissing sound from driver's side of the engine (and fuel smell). I'm thinking the Intake Manifold Gasket may need replacing.

What do you guys think? It's a 95 Acura Legend with 140k miles.

Most likely a vacum leak....look for loose/cracked vacum lines in the area of the hissing.

Fix that and all will likely be well.

Definitely a possibility. Spray some carb cleaner around the IM, see if there is any change in idle.

Probably this, being as a 1995 Honda probably has 20 miles of vacuum lines under the hood.

+1 Those old hondas had a ton of rubber tubing. I would use a small spray bottle and spray around the vacuum lines and replace whatever line has bubbled when you do it (make sure the car is running of course.) That should do the trick

Being from Japan, they spec 32.2 kilometers.

But yes. Vacuum leaks are #1 here to check.
