There's many times where my door flew open relatively hard while i was trying to step down out of my car and it almost seemed like the door was about to break-off due to the hard wind gusts (like 20+ mph) down here in texas at this time of year.
How hard would it be to break the door hinges off with just a swing/push-off with using our hands?

My other question is... how durable or strong are these door hinges on cars or trucks? Can they withstand heavy pressure like tornado/hurricane-like wind gusts being applied forcely on the door?

If you are in a Tornado the last thing you will be worried about is your door hinges!

Do be so lazy, hold on to the door when you open it and don't let it slam open. If my wife or firends let it slam back and forth they get their *** chewed out big time!

the door hinges wont break but I seen doors taken by wind and wind up next to the front fender. messes teh leading edge of the door really good.

Haha of course i wouldnt worry about anything else besides my life if i was in a tornado! I was just wondering if these doors are strong enough when open that they dont break off if some amount of heavy pressure is applied to it. The tornado/hurricane analogy was just to create a scenario. =)
