That lisle tool is sold at AAP, or at least the two stores near me.
I have it and it is awesome, plain as that.
Since I don't overtighten my filter a typical band wrench will do, but the lisle is great for hard to reach places.
Then as backup I bought oil filter vice grips from Harbor Frieght. Had a horrible situation where my lawn tractor's FF oil filter was tightened by King Kong and tried the screwdriver punched through the can trick and ended up tearing all the filter except for the mounted base plate. Scared beyond my belief I bought the vice grips, locked it down with a death squeeze and it spun right off.
