Can LC be added to radiator/coolant?

I think a better choice would be a quality antifreeze like Zerex G-05 and if that isn't enough then add the Prestone or Zerex system conditioner/water pump lube stuff

Try this experiment.

In a small bottle take equal parts water and LC. Now shake to see if the LC is water soluble.

The real test should be whether a 50-50 water-EG mix can dissolve a small amount of LC.

Who is running this? What purpose? Isn't the LC hard on the hoses, which typically are NOT oil resistant??

Can't remember which thread, but I read it here on BITOG that someone (Otis?) uses it in radiators.

axjohn, Yes, that's correct. Terry mentioned, he used LC in the radiator in his daughter's honda and Odis also used LC in the radiator that what Terry mentioned in other thread. I could not find where is it.
