cut open after 3 oil changes of a 2015 KIA Sorento ( 2.4 Ltr. w/ G.D.I. ) that has around 200,000 miles . The oil filter states up to 1 year or 25,000 km . Very daring and impressive with use for about 23,000 Km. on the filter . The owner uses synthetic oil . MOBIL1 ?

For 22,500 miles it looks pretty good.

The owner of the '15 Sorento used MOBIL 1 with the filter above . Extended Performance to go with the filter ?

He thinks the oil is "sucked" through the filter (mentioned at 8:36 & 8:55)? ... lol. Positive displacement oil pump for a reason. If that filter is clogged up pretty good, the bypass valve was probably opening more than if it was used on a normal OCI.
