Briggs & Stratton Tire Sealant

All you need to do is put a tube in the tire.

These tire sealants don’t always work and will make a god awful mess inside the tire and wheel that you are a nightmare to clean out, most shops won’t even attempt to clean one and will end up replacing the tire and maybe even the wheel or tell you to go pound sand! You’re probably going to end up having to clean the horrible sticky mess out yourself and you’re going to definitely regret using it! You probably won’t even be able to use a tube without cleaning all that crap out otherwise the tube will puncture or get stuck to the tire and tear.

Do yourself a favor and either put a tube in the tire yourself or take it to a shop and have them put a tube in it. This is one of those times where you might just want to take it down the street to a tire shop or mower place because it usually cost about the same as buying a tube to just have them install it. My local mower shop charges like $10 to tube a mower tire, and does it while you wait. I am going to spend like $8 on a tube if I just buy one of them so it’s a no brainer for me.

If I'm needing to take the old dry-rotted tire off the rim for this, a new tire is going to go back on.
