Hello, wondering your thoughts on running a V rated (Alenza AS Ultra) vs H rated (new) WeatherPeak on 2014 Acura RDX. Not much snow in these parts, Any feedback on the WeatherPeaks or the difference in H Rated ride vs V rated ride? Thanks all....Ken

Load index the same between them?

The sidewall of the V tire will likely be stiffer than the H tire. Therefore you will tend to feel more from the road with a V tire as the tire would absorb less.

If you don't drive in the snow much, then it would not be worth getting the WeatherPeak.

Both tires are relatively new, so you won't find too many reviews on both yet.

The Alenza line is also purpose built for CUV's and SUV's, which is why you won't find them on a Accord, Civic, TLX, etc. And has a 107 load rating.

The WeatherPeak has a 103 load rating.

See owner's manual or the tire size/inflation sticker for the minimum load rating required.
