This Weekend I will be changing the Heater Core Hoses on my Ford Ranger.

I bought OEM Hoses which include a Heater Control Valve and two Tee-Fittings.
These Tee Fittings are some type of plastic and send coolant around the PCV Valve to prevent condensation from freezing.

The plastic Tee Fittings can possible crack and cause a coolant leak.
In the future, if I need to replace the Tee Fittings, I would like to install brass, not plastic.

Question: Anybody know where I can purchase - Brass Tee Fitting - 5/8" x 5/8" x 1/4" - Barbed ?

Thanks for any suggestions.

If i'm not mistaken, I think I have bought something like that at Lowes. They do sometimes have some pretty useful stuff, just need to dig around a bit. *Actually I take that back, it was Amazon. I got a brass barbed union to connect two hoses together at Lowes.

Ace Hardware
Amazon
Home Depot
Mcmaster-Carr
Lowe's
Your local plumbing supply house

It may be tough to find 5/8x5/8x1/4.
You'll likely need to settle for a tee and a reducing adapter.

Not barbed but will work fine in your application and under $15.
