so a few days ago I replaced my front struts. now when I turn the wheel all the way to the right the tire rubs the rubber line. the line has a plastic protector so its not hurting anything but it needs to stop. I didn't move the brake line. maybe it did it before and I never knew because I don't make a habit of turning that sharp. the passenger side line is behind the strut but the driver side is in front of it and at the front end of the car where as the passenger side is facing to the rear of the car. is that how they do it at the factory? what do you guys recommend to solve the issue?

This is a common issue when converting to SS braided lines also, you need to reposition the line either by bending the bracket on the strut (sometimes they get bent in transit) or finding out if its routed wrong.
Sometimes the bracket that attaches to the strut will allow you to pull the line through a little to remove some play when its loosened.
Its hard to say without looking at it but it wont be too difficult to reposition.
