1970 era small block 350. Not exactly sure of the internals but it was rebuilt in the mid 1990's for drag racing. I do not use the car to drag race any longer but certainly don't baby it. I was thinking of going with the SAE 30 oil they have.
 
It is good oil with a healthy dose of zddp. Very popular with aircooled Porsche owners.

It is also available in 10w30, 15w40, and 20w50 if you want a multigrade.
 
Generally a formulator of heavy old school oils with a very high ZDDP levels.
In a somewhat lighter oil their 0W-30 (HTHSV 3.38cP, 170 VI) semi syn is a decent product if you require 1,400 ppm of Phos' or for blending purposes.
