Anyone know why the Baldwin B161-S and B1402 are so different in size ?
They are both for basically the same engine.
If anyone has cutouts for the baldwin or Man filters, please post them.

not insinuating anything good, bad, or otherwise, Just Putting the info out there.
So they are prone to element failure too ?
Im not buying bosch any longer, and may return the Mann now you tell me this and pickup a few more Mahle.
Wait.. actually its champ labs that makes Purolator I thought?
I thought champ labs makes many oil filters on the market to the spec of the company selling them.
Also MANN is good.... and just b/c Purolator is having problems does NOT mean they use the same filter element / celluose filter.
I wouldnt hesitate to use a MANN oil filter or Air FIlter or Fuel Filter.
MANN is good HIGH Quality Product...
