Bought 2 Pixel 9 (XL and reg-non pro) - Initial Review.

I had to go back to ATT and they installed a new sim. Went home and plugged it into my old Pixel 6 Pro and it did the rest.
Man this thing is faaaaaast!

I'll chime in, I had the Google pixel Pro 8 and outside of the camera being stellar, the size of the phone was not to my liking just a little bit too big like the iPhone 14. The phone did weird things with certain photos and YouTube videos. It would often lock up and I would have to reset it to release it. Then of course all of the Google's AI stuff started to get in the way, and of course I was prompted weekly with new AI features that drove me mad. It was relentless. So I traded up for the new Galaxy Z flip 6 and could not be happier. I'm totally over the whole brick type device. I don't care how good the camera is; portability is number one for me
I wish Apple would come out with something like the flip. Im bored with cell phones, need something new but fully in the Apple world.
I am big on photos though and I would love something like this phone not officially sold here but stellar for photography, yet at the same time I get the portability thing, at one point I was interested in the iPhone mini but that small screen... no.
We really are not as advanced as we think, someday I will be able to buy a phone like this, that folds up. In the meantime I think I would be thrilled with a folding iPhone. Im starting to feel like Apple has gone Tesla on us. Same old product, reliable but needs updating to something exciting again.
