Boo on NuFinish! I loved the Spray Polish! LOVED IT! Spray on and wipe off. Panels were slick as owl #hit!
Man I hate that. Only spray polish that I know of. I'd pop a coat of Turtle Wax Hybird ceramic on top of it.
I really do hate that. Arrgggghhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did they discontinue it or reformulate it?
I hate when they discontinue a car care product that I fall in love with! Once you find something that really does exactly what you want it’s often difficult to find a suitable replacement 🥺

Tell us more on what changed. So we can watch out for the new improved less effective formula.

DIY detail makes a polish in spray format. I believe it's designed to be used with a polisher though.

It sounds like you were using it as a quick detailer. Plenty of good products on the market to replace it. There's really no such thing as a spray on wipe off polish. Just a scratch filler in reality.
Meguiars old “Ultimate Fast Finish” is a spray on polish that you can either wipe off right away or even just leave it on like I do. It leaves the finish streaky if you do it that way but I just let it fully cure for 24 hours and then wash the car and it gets rid of the streaks and gives some good protection for a few weeks where it is very hydrophobic and if you get caught in the rain the paint will stay mostly clean looking. I have talked about this here before, I bought a bunch of cans when I heard it was being discontinued and I still have 6 left (which should last me 4-5 years if they don’t go bad somehow since it’s an aerosol spray) I like how it only takes 8-10 minutes to apply (I just spray it on a micro fiber sponge and then wipe on the finish that way)

Quick googling tells me this is some sort of spray sealant. No abrasion is happening. It's likely filling in micro marring like most waxes and sealants.

Polish works through mechanically agitating a micro abrasive. Wiping something off doesn't have the oomph required to correct automotive paint.

I still have and use the cream dispensing container and love the stuff. I once used their spray-on ceramic coating, and it was the worst product of the sort i've used (regarding ease of application) to this point. I don't think you're talking about that product, are you?

My bad, I was thinking sealant instead of polish in this case. I do have a good buffer (an original UDM) along with a bunch of different mildly abrasive polishes that I used to use when doing paint correction although it’s been a while since I actually used them.
