Happy Halloween to all- keep a little candy handy in case some brave trick-or-treaters show up. We always get the candy, some years 1 or 2 or 3 kids show up, some years none. Oh well, at least I found a good mix this year.
Yesterday in WallyWorld fell to temptation & bought the new Iggles album, thereby boosting my CD collection from about 12 to 13 albums.
Used the remainder of a long-carried WM gift card, cut my cost down to about $7 w/tax. Haven't listened to the whole thing yet- but from what I've heard so far, it's a good thing it's cheap!
Shoulda bought the $14 Eagles album with about 30 real hits on it instead.
Oh yeah- in the ecologically holier than thou vein, the new 2-disc album comes in a cardboard sleeve like a miniature old-time vinyl album cover. And maybe it's just my computer missing a program or two(can't play DVDs w/WMP)- but though I downloaded the music files into my computer last night, they're all unlabeled! Just "Track 1", unknown artist, unknown album.
Is this just my computer, or is this particular record made this way?
