BITOGER's,
Normally, I would just drive over to Suzuki and pay $16.00 at their parts counter for a gallon of their "blue" antifreeze/coolant. My brother happened to have a gallon of BMW "blue" that he gave to me. Any idea if I could use it? Both "blue" in color. I want over flow to read from almost low to full. Your thoughts welcomed and appreciated.

Regards.

Though I am unfamiliar with BMW or Suzuki coolant, color is not a good way to determine if a coolant is similar. I would advise against mixing them

It's unlikely they're the same. Most Asian coolants are silicate-free, which isn't the case for the G-48 BMW coolant. I'd get the Suzuki stuff from the dealer, or use the Super Blue from Honda or Subaru. If you really need to top off, I'd use distilled water over a different coolant formulation.

Thank you for your replies. I should, and will, just buy the Suzuki "blue" from their parts counter.

I agree. Either get correct fluid at dealer or use few ounces distilled water to top off.
