Their TFOUT test is missing a few letters in the alphabet.
I know several who have had BG flushes with that ATF and IMO, shift quality/performance was excellent.
My issue with BG is that BG doesn't provide much info to the consumer. They cater to the professionals only.
Data sheets on their products, like available by all other brands, would go a long way in 'making recommendations'. Having a retail outlet would help too.

Why don't they replace their practice of reciting the alphabet song with actual brands of oil tested and the results? If they want me to believe the results are hard evidence, then list the other names. If it won't stand up in court, then the testing isn't good enough.
There is not even a way to contact the company on their site! No address, E-mail, phone...nothing.
