Search didn't give me anyone actually using these BFG Elite Force T/A tires. I was thinking of putting them on our X3 since it mostly goes on highway, no real offroad, and rarely on gravel roads or grass field parking.
BF Goodrich website recommends G-Force TA and not these, and they recommend the same G-Force TA when I put in a Crown Victoria Police Pursuit. I'm not sure what they would recommend the Elite Force pursuit tires for.

When the tire industry uses the term "Pursuit", they are talking about use on a police vehicle. These vehicles are capable of pursuit, but most of the time are either cruising, or going to answer a call. Normally these tires are sold through local dealers directly to police departments via a government purchasing agent on a contractual basis.

Pursuit tires are designed for better wear than normal speed rated tires, since the purchasing agent is looking at bottom line costs.

They have a UTOQ rating of 700, XL, a high speed rating, silica compound, made in USA . I think these may be overstock, a couple of years old, or Goodrich is going to replace them with a new model so clearance pricing at many distributors.
I've seen them on State Police cars in NY, MD, and Massachusetts, so I figure they must be fairly decent in the rain and slush/light snow.

The CHP is using Goodyear Eagle Enforcer or Ultra Grip 3s(Tahoe, not just 9C1 Tahoe PPVs). But the local cops, one of which just moved their tire supplier to America’s Tire just next to city hall/police HQ are using a lot of Firestone Firehawk Pursuit, and it seems like Bridgestone sells a pursuit-rated version of the Firestone WeatherGrip as the Firehawk Pursuit AWT.
