Best way to remove scuffs from laminate flooring?

I have faux wood laminate flooring in my apartment and I helped my buddy move from the 4th to the 1st floor, I also gave him a seat and foot rest that was just taking up room in my apartment. The problem is assured me dragging things across the floor wouldn't cause any issue (he moves furniture daily at a local college as part of the janitorial crew.) and now I have white/clear scuffs on my floors.

I'd like to know how to remedy the situation without using harsh oils or chemicals on the floor. I've already tried mopping the floors with the swiffer to no avail.

Any ideas? Pic will be uploaded in second post.

If material is transfered to the floor, a tennis ball or rubber eraser. IF material is scuffed away from the floor, its a harder fix, in that case maybe 1200 grit sandpaper, wet, sanded lightly with the grain. Try it in a less visible corner of the room first.
