I wondered the same. Or maybe QS will resume A5 approval shortly. We can only guess.

I would see no reason why QSUD wouldn't meet A5/B5, should Shell choose to conduct the testing. They're playing with the big boys now. They have a QS logo on the side of the Force India F1 team this year and last year. You want to engage in high end sponsorship, it's time to follow with some higher end specifications.

Very true, Garak. I don't know what could have happened to make them remove it in the first place. How and why it fell out of (A5) spec per say.

They probably used an older spec, never updated things, and let it slide. It wouldn't be the first time.
