This *IS* the Humor forum, correct?

Hahahaha, my buddies 6.0L PSD just blew a headgasket at 82k miles. He hasn't even hauled anything the entire life of the truck.

Ford trucks are so strange, the quality is such a polarity. You either get a diamond or a lemon, nothing really in-between.

that's normal on the 32v 6.0s. Your buddy should of done some researching and did the updated head gaskets and arp head studs, kinda his fault.

A pine would have splintered when it hit that truck. There's $$$ in lumber in that fairly straight chunk of wood.

According to the leaves in that picture, I'd say its oak.

Worth more than a Ford! LOL

Dang , hope he has a big chain saw , should get some nice timber from that tree.
The bad news his he was under the truck changing his oil.

This is the HUMOR section , but no really , he was under there during a major storm with hurricane winds , trying to get the filter off as he had Wal Mart do his last lube job, really.

I know, right? Buying a HD truck and expecting it to last. What an idiot!

Haha I like this humor section.

They ruined the F150 in 2004 and then they axed the Ranger sales which is a good thing since the 2013 version is ruined. Now the game is, who can make the biggest grill. The latest F150 grills look like something a hillbilly attached to the front of the truck.

Just don't get into a crash in the 1997-2003 models.

compared to the 2004 - 2008 model years:

^No no, that's new safety technology called "crumple zones".

It's the zone where you get crumpled. As you can see, Ford is generous with safety on those models.

The 97-03 looks pretty bad, but I don't see the speed on that crash test, was it 40 mph like the later model test?

This may explain why the newer vehicles are weighing about 1000 pounds more than before. But it ain't the ugly grill that is providing all that crash resistance.
