Best High-Mileage 10w-40

In your opinion, who offers the best 10w-40 High Mileage oil?

Chevron/Havoline, Pennzoil, Citgo HM 10W-40's are all about 15.5 cSt @ 100C vs the 14-15 cSt for a standard 10W-40.

Maxlife HM is probably another option , but I don't have a data sheet close at hand.

What are you looking for, Jelly, the higher viscosity or the seal conditioners?

Havoline High Mileage seems to be thicker than most 15w40's at both 40 & 100 degrees c. Does anyone think that it could be a wolf in sheeps clothing to fool the general public who apparently like the 10w-40's?
